Headache is the common problem of the people nowdays. Due to the changing lifestyle and the busy life people got headache in their daily life. Sometime tension also makes us headache. People are busy in their professional life; environment and other things cause the headache. People often carry the painkiller in their pocket in the modern life. It can affect negatively to their body.

1. Ginger: Ginger can make fresh of our blood stream. If you have headache then you can take ginger. It can cure your ginger. If you take ginger and lemon by mixing then it can cure the head pain. Similarly you can take ginger and hot wate when you have pain on head.
2. Cinnamon: if you have headache then you can take cinnamon it is good to your health. You can take cinnamon by making power and use on your head which can cure your head pain.
3. Lwang: lwang can make your headache low if you eat when you have pain in your head. It has the elemnt that can decrease the headache. You can smell the scent of the lwang when you have headache.
4. Tea: The acid which is found in the tea can cure the headache. When you have headache then you can take one glass of tea without sugar. It can cure your headache.
