Benefits of the Paneer

The elements that are found in the milelike protein, calcium, vitamin B, A, B 12, D also found in the paneer. Similarly it is beneficial to the teeth. It also has mineral, salt, calcium, phosphorous which saves our teeth's enamale. Paneer also makes our bone strong. It is the product to which we can eat by making different items. We can make it salad and curry of it. Here are some benefits of the paneer:

 1. Makes our bone strong: The calcium which is found in the bone can make our bone strong. Similarly it has Vitamin A, B, phosphorous and jinks, which gives calcium to our body. It can make children, old's bone strong.

 2. Healthy Teeth: it is very important to make our teeth strong. Paneer contains the lactos in the high amount which saves our teeth from the damage. It increases the selvia which cleans the sugar and acid form the teeth.
3. Decreases Tension: if you got tension and you don’t have sleep properly in the night then you can eat paneer. It can reduce the tension. It increases the sleep in the night.

 4. Increases Immunity power: paneer can increases the immunity power of the body which helps to fight against the diseases and infection.

 5. Avoids the pain of Leg: we can have pain due to the less amount of the calcum in our body. Paneer helps to avoid the pain from the leg. Protein, calcium, vitamin which is found in the paneer helps to avoid the pain of leg.
