Do not drink water in these 10 conditions

After running or exercise: You should never drink water directly after running or working out. You should wait for a while even if you are sweaty and thirsty.
3. After !ntercourse: Drinking water directly after performing some se*ual activity is also not appropriate. Waiting for a few minutes is the best option. 4. During excess hunger. Drinking water when you are very hungry is also very harmful. It is best to drink water only after eating something. 5.In an uncomfortable position: You should never drink water when you are in an uncomfortable position or even if you are sleeping. ' 6. Drinking water right before or right after eating is considered very harmful. 7. Drinking water right after eating some hot food or drink is also very harmful. Waiting for is while is recommended. 8. Sleeping right after drinking water is very harmful for health. 9. Drinking water right after eating fruit is considered very harmful. It is best to drink water only after a while. 10. Drinking water while smoking, or chewing tobacco is very harmful.
