Five things you need to know while taking Breakfast

Breakfast is the important to your body. You may not know that if you missed the early morning's breakfast then if affects to your weight.  If you don’t have habit of the taking breakfast then you must start to take breakfast early morning. In the western countries they take simply the breakfast, but in our country we understood breakfast as tea taking. You need to take breakfast as you can. Here are some tips about the breakfast.


1. Do not make juice of fruits and drink it. It can damage the minerals and vitamin from the fruits. Instead of the juice, you can take fruits as well.

2. Taking or drinking the coffee and tea can make you fresh but it can make your sleep disturbed. So do not drink tea or coffee.

3. Do not eat those foods which contain the fat, and carbohydrate. These foods can cause the problem in your body. But you can take all foods equally which fulfills the vitamin and minerals to your body.

4. If you do not feel hungry then don’t take to leave to take breakfast. It can decrease your metabolism.

5. Before the breakfast you can drink water. Which can saves you from the dehydration. It also cures the gastric.
