To wake up early is good for health was our culture but it's ignored later on. There is a fashion where people stay late night and wake up too late. But through the health perspective to wake up early is good for health. To wake up early is difficult to all people, but it’s the best moment for the health. Three things which must do:

With waking up drink water from copper vessel
Its good to drink water before sunrise. It's called usha paan. It help to remove excrete from the body. We can remove different kinds of disease too by drinking water in the morning. It make beautiful to our skin too. It's best to drink water copper vessel in the morning.



Darshan of palm
Monks said that in the morning first we have to see the pal. It's make our day an elegance its mention in the philosophy. After the darshan we have to see the land means we have to bow down our head on the ground. By doing there is goodness of both wealth and health. Those who wake up early they have charm in the face. It shows beautiful to the skin and not let to be an old.

Yoga
There is best to do yoga and meditation in the morning. In the morning the environment is clean and silence where we can concentrate our mind it's the concept of the science. Morning air is healthy. Those who wake up early in the morning they can be fresh whole day.

Importance of religion
