Gautam, 30, of Punarbas Municipality was killed when the SSB opened fire Thursday morning taking after a disagreement regarding a duct development in the midst of progressing strains at the outskirt close Anandabazar.
The Cabinet meeting on Friday announced Gautam a saint and chose to give Rs 1 million to his family.
