Phalebas (Parbat), March 11: Ten people were injured when lightning struck them at Khanigaon VDC last night.
The people sustaining injuries are from Ward Number 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Khanigaon VDC. The lightning occurred when it was raining.
The injured are undergoing treatment at the Dhulikhel Hospital at Khanigaon, it is stated. Some of the injured persons are said to be in serious condition. The injured suffer from burns on different parts of their body.
They were injured due to multiple lightning. RSS
